• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others.

We do not disclose any nonpublic personal information about our clients or former clients to anyone, except as permitted by law.

We may disclose the following information to companies with whom we have joint marketing agreements to perform marketing services on our behalf, including other financial institutions:

• Information we receive from you on applications or other forms, such as your name, address, and social security number; and
• Information about your transactions with us, our affiliates, or others, such as your account balance and transaction history.

We restrict access to nonpublic personal information about you to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products and services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your nonpublic information.

The Trust Company may direct to Presidio Financial Services, Inc. (PFS), a wholly owned discount broker/dealer affiliate, securities transactions on behalf of your account at The Trust Company. The Trust Company and Presidio Financial Services, Inc. are affiliated because both are owned and controlled by TTC Holdings of Texas. This affiliation gives The Trust Company direct access to both the public equity and fixed income securities markets without the use of intermediary brokers, thereby giving us greater control over executions and transaction costs. As a result, commission rates for stock and bond transactions placed with PFS are normally less than rates The Trust Company can negotiate with other brokerage firms.

We notify our clients of this affiliate relationship periodically. You may notify us with alternative instructions for processing security transaction in you account, if you wish.

Clearing services for PFS are currently provided by National Financial Services, LLC, the broker/dealer subsidiary of Fidelity Investments. Individual transaction settlements and commission costs of investment security transactions are reflected in your client statement.
