Mrs. Bradshaw joined The Trust Company in 2008. She works with the CFO handling all the accounting functions for company.

Prior to joining us, she worked for the same bank building from 1973-2004, but as a result of acquisitions, have worked for seven different banking institutions. Employed by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation, a governmental regulating agency. Have worked at every job in the bank except commercial lending. Have valuable insight into accounting, bank operations and compliance since career began prior to the days of bank computer technology.

Debbie is a member of Dimmit County Youth Rodeo, Member of Texas Rural Leadership Council, Carrizo Springs High School Advisory Committee for Vocational Education Program and Assisted Dimmit County Chamber of Commerce by working at the annual Dimmit County Brush Country Festival
