Mr. Harrell is a Chairman and President of The Trust Company.  He is responsible for overall Wealth Management, which encompasses the Investment Consulting and Financial Planning areas of the firm.  In addition, he chairs the Trust Management Committee and is responsible for operations and compliance within the firm.  Mr. Harrell has been with The Trust Company since 2005.

Prior to joining The Trust Company, he served as Market Executive for the wealth management division of BBVA Compass in Austin and as Private Banking Market Executive for the State of Arizona for Bank of America.  

Mr. Harrell has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry with individual and management responsibilities covering Capital Markets, Commercial and Private Banking, Special Assets, and Fiduciary Services. 

He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tulane University in 1984.  He obtained his Masters of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.  His securities licenses include the Series 7, 24 and 63 Licenses.
